In each talk, I discuss the elements distinct qualities, how they relate to the asana practice, and the many advantages to thinking elementally. I use stories from Indian Mythology to illustrate my points and detail the many advantages to bringing more grounding, spaciousness, fieriness, and fluidity to everything you do. Lastly, training yourself to think elementally helps you to be more centered in your inner spiritual quest, and more committed to knowing and doing your sacred work in this life.
