IN PERSON: In a weekend workshop David offers clinic style led classes that investigate specific aspects of the practice in varying levels of detail according to the tastes of the workshop host.

IN PERSON: Focuses on teaching foundations of asana categories and utilizing different series to explore significant asana categories. Includes pranayama, philosophy, and presentations. Open to students of all hatha yoga lineages.

IN PERSON - A non residential intensive that includes daily Mysore, Led Primary, Pranayama, Yoga Sutras, and asana theory classes.
