Join David for a weeklong yoga retreat on the windswept shores of Hatteras Island — a 200-mile stretch of barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina, shaped by centuries of ocean, wind, and sand. Famed for its lighthouse, long beaches, and family-friendly atmosphere, Hatteras offers the perfect setting for deep practice, reflection, and natural beauty.
This nonresidential retreat includes daily Mysore-style practice, pranayama, asana theory, and yoga philosophy classes. Students are responsible for booking their own lodging and meals. Hatteras offers a wide range of accommodations — from beach cottages and inns to vacation rentals and campgrounds.

Refund Policy: Full payment is required to reserve your spot. Cancellations made more than two months in advance are eligible for a refund minus a 20% admin fee. No refunds available for cancellations within two months of the retreat start date.
