A Mysore intensive provides the student with a concentrated and heightened learning experience. Over the 6 days the student will develop practical and technical yoga skills while being immersed in the inspirational magic and poetic soul of the practice. The student will develop skill in applying the practice techniques in ways that are logical, challenging, intelligent and fun. One focus will be on exploring and learning how to follow the system but at the same time create a practice that honors individuality, versatility and creativity. Each student will receive valuable one to one guidance from David on developing his/her personal practice. In addition to the Mysore sessions, there will be pranayama, discussion of Yoga Sutras as well as asana theory classes. Students also receive support from the amazing learning community that gathers at each Intensive.
