-Asana Skill Building video course which is 14 prerecorded classes on asana technique.
-6 talks based on the sacred text, Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Hatha Yoga Pradipika philosophy talks will be given every Saturday starting July 6-August 10 and will be posted to the private Facebook group and private Instagram account. You can watch the talks at your own convenience. If the student wishes to not join the private Facebook group or private Instagram account they will be able to access the HYP talks through the asana skill building video course. Each talk will be uploaded to the asana skill building video course after David gives them live via a private Facebook group and private Instagram account. Talks will be given on Saturdays: July 6, 13, 20, 27 and August 3 and 10.
-David will be using a private Facebook group and private Instagram account to answer questions, give extra instructions, and guidance on the 14 prerecorded asana classes in the Asana Skill Building video course.
1- Student will purchase the summer course and will receive an email from VHX with a link to the Asana Skill Building video course. Link will be sent to whatever email student uses to check out with at David's store.
3- Each week David will announce which videos from the Asana Skill Building video course the student should practice to.
4- Every Saturday, beginning July 6, David will give a talk on the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The talk will be posted to the private Facebook and private Instagram account. Student can watch the talk at their own convenience. The talk will also be uploaded to the Asana Skill Building video course. This could take up to 48 hours.
